We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and execute compelling social media strategies for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing multiple social media accounts, and driving brand awareness across various platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for multiple client accounts
  • Create engaging visual and written content for various social media platforms
  • Manage daily posting schedules and maintain consistent brand voice across all channels
  • Monitor social media analytics and provide detailed performance reports to clients
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build active online communities
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns within allocated budgets
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality creative assets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional social media management experience
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement rates
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different brand voices
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Understanding of social media advertising and analytics platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
