Cold Caller

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and resilient Cold Caller to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling to potential clients. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients, making this a crucial position for our company's growth.

As a Cold Caller at Client Aid Technologies, you'll work in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued and recognized. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team through regular virtual meetings and collaborative tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest
• Follow up on leads and qualify prospects according to company criteria
• Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and follow-ups in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead generation
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• 1+ years of cold calling or telemarketing experience (preferred but not required)
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice
• Resilient and persistent attitude with the ability to handle rejection positively
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
• High-speed internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
