Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our support team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, helping customers resolve issues, answer questions, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our services. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

As a Customer Service Representative at Client Aid Technologies, you'll work in a collaborative environment where every customer interaction matters. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with schedules determined based on client needs to ensure optimal customer support coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
  • Process customer requests including account changes, billing inquiries, and service modifications
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer management system
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide product information and educate customers on service features and benefits
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their concerns
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with management

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred but not required for exceptional candidates)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to show empathy
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software
  • Availability to work various shifts based on client requirements, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
